  • You can expect to budget $250-350 per month in electric and propane gas bills depending on the season.  If you run the hot-tub, you can add approximately $60/month.
  • Tenant Pays: Electric, Gas [Water is on a well, sewer is on a septic system]
  • Waste Disposal is Approx. $47-$60 [there is an option available that has zero cost]
  • $1,000 Cleaning & Damage Deposit Required 
  • There is a $250 deposit required for each pet. 
  • Total required for occupancy without including pets: $3,990.
Lawn Maintenance & snow removal by Tenant.  If you are current in rent and have exhibited neighborly behavior, you will have access to riding mower.  Similarly, we own a plow and we will offer to remove snow from the main driveway.
